Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage requests for special accommodations related to the admissions process

• Develop HTML pages with exam instructions

• Conduct facial biometric verification for candidates

• Cancel and modify course offerings in the system

• Set up admissions exams in the system, including course offerings, delivery methods, and regulations

• Oversee scheduled digital exams

• Monitor and track exam progress

• Prepare the candidate portal and digital examination setups

• Process payments for support team shifts during the admissions cycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level

• Familiarity with the VESTIB and SIAF systems is a plus

• Willingness to work weekends during admissions exams
