Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications.

• Investigate, interpret, and assess information pertinent to provider licensure and continuing medical education within the United States.

• Complete credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment applications for Certify clients.

• Verify and authenticate data on the credentialing and licensing platform.

• Communicate with providers and clients via email to request additional information as needed.

• Support monitoring and implementation projects for new clients.

• Compile research findings and create clear, concise guideline documents for Certify clients.

• Assist with various ad hoc projects.

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Capability to conduct extensive research, especially using Google.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google applications.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

• Legally authorized to work in India.

• Willingness to work EST hours (6 PM–3 AM IST).

• Residing in Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, or New Delhi, India.
