Operating Effectiveness Principal – Fertility and Specialty Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the BlinkRx business as the main business leader and daily point of accountability.

• Deliver proactive account management services and collaborate on innovative solutions.

• Connect BlinkRx with operations and enterprise partners, facilitating the implementation of new drugs and services.

• Monitor volume expectations, identify risks, and propose solutions to meet or surpass financial projections.

• Lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through to execution.

• Drive growth projects and ensure sustainable, repeatable, and measurable implementation.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize significant work and report on project progress and outcomes.

• Work alongside sales, operations, product, and business leaders to achieve growth, margin, and expense targets.

• Investigate tools and technologies to reinvent operational processes.

• Represent fertility pharmacies in enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities for success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs or business operations, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, or a regulated setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a key business relationship or P&L-related outcome and drive growth.

• Strong expertise in process analysis, improvement, and change management.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, including engagement with senior leaders.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a rapidly growing business environment.

• Reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service provider.

• Minimum internet speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for home-based work.
