Clinical Pharmacist – AI Clinical Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality clinical pharmacy cases and benchmark tasks.

• Analyze longitudinal charts, medication histories, laboratory results, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

• Detect medication-related risks, inconsistencies, omissions, and unsafe recommendations.

• Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, safety, and clinical reasoning in pharmacotherapy.

• Develop gold-standard answers and clinically defensible reference solutions.

• Examine medication selection, dosing, monitoring, contraindications, interactions, and therapeutic alternatives.

• Evaluate medication reconciliation, transitions of care, and discharge medication plans.

• Utilize structured rubrics to assess reasoning, terminology, documentation quality, and implications for patient safety.

• Review tasks related to polypharmacy, renal or hepatic dosing, antimicrobial therapy, high-risk medications, or chronic disease management.

• Engage in calibration, peer review, and iterative refinement of clinical content.

⛳️ Requirements

• PharmD or an equivalent pharmacy degree.

• Active pharmacist license in the United States.

• Around 3+ years of professional clinical pharmacy experience.

• Current or recent clinical practice experience within the last 3 years.

• Extensive experience with medication management, pharmacotherapy, and medication safety.

• Ability to interpret complex medical records, laboratory results, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

• Strong clinical reasoning and capability to identify unsafe or incomplete medication recommendations.

• Excellent written English skills and the ability to provide clear, clinically defensible reasoning.
