Operating Effectiveness Principal – Fertility and Specialty Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main business owner and daily point of accountability for the expanding BlinkRx partnership.

• Deliver proactive account management services and collaborate on innovative solutions.

• Connect BlinkRx with operations and enterprise partners, ensuring the timely rollout of new drugs and services.

• Monitor volume expectations, identify risks, and propose solutions to meet or surpass the BlinkRx financial forecast.

• Lead and oversee intricate, cross-functional projects from initial concept to final execution.

• Drive growth initiatives and ensure sustainable, repeatable, and measurable implementation.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize significant work that aligns with the business strategy.

• Provide consistent updates on project progress and outcomes.

• Work alongside sales, operations, product, and other business leaders to achieve growth, margin, and expense objectives.

• Investigate tools and technologies to enhance and reengineer workflows.

• Represent fertility pharmacies in enterprise-level cross-functional initiatives and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs or business operations, ideally within pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a key business relationship or P&L-adjacent outcome while driving growth.

• Strong expertise in process analysis, improvement, and change management.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leaders.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

• Experience with cable broadband or fiber optic internet service offering at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload while working from home.
