This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Submit a repository for an initial evaluation regarding its potential licensing value.

• Receive an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing opportunities if the repository meets the qualifications.

• Review the estimated value prior to deciding whether to proceed.

• Obtain compensation in line with the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is finalized.

• Assist code owners in understanding the potential value of their repositories without entering into a traditional development agreement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.

• Full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.

• Access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.

• The code must not contain third-party materials that you are not authorized to sublicense.

• Current reference rates for standard non-exclusive licensing: $100 per 1M source-code tokens.

• Current reference rates for standard non-exclusive licensing: $40 per 1M Git-history tokens.
