This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Identify and follow up on potential booking opportunities.

• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Market the property via approved online channels.

• Provide precise information regarding the property, rates, and amenities.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.

• Maintain records of leads and successful bookings.

• Offer regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics.

• Generate leads and turn guest inquiries into confirmed bookings for Upani Diani, an Airbnb accommodation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or online marketing is beneficial.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Strong skills in sales, persuasion, and follow-up.

• Capability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Familiarity with online platforms and social media channels.

• A reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer.

• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Complete the mandatory Gorilla assessment/test.
