Online Math Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging one-on-one Mathematics instruction for children.

• Utilize pre-prepared materials along with comprehensive lesson scripts.

• Assist students in establishing strong foundations in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and logical reasoning.

• Monitor each child's progress and communicate insights with the academic team.

• Enhance class engagement and improve the overall student experience.

• Complete onboarding training that includes Brighterly's teaching materials, Teacher Room, teaching tools, and communication protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• C1+ English proficiency with a clear and neutral accent.

• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring enthusiasm for math among children.

• Minimum of 6 months of teaching experience with children.

• At least a high school diploma with a solid understanding of math concepts.

• Strong grasp of math topics typically covered at the K–8 level.

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a preference for weekdays.

• Capability to work at least 20 hours weekly between 4 PM and 8 PM in the New York timezone.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Not a resident of Russia, Crimea, Cuba, Lebanon, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, Yemen, or Pakistan, and must provide documentary proof as required.
