Online Math Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging, high-energy online math instruction for groups of up to eight students

• Review teaching materials and document lesson preparation as necessary to maintain quality

• Successfully complete a series of classes without cancellations or rescheduling

• Facilitate small-group online math courses accommodating 6–8 students

• Conduct weekly 90-minute sessions using the ClassIn platform

• Utilize coursework and PowerPoint presentations created by the in-house development team

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in teaching math at the elementary, middle, or high school level, whether online or in-person

• Ability to articulate concepts in a clear, straightforward, and logical manner

• Capacity to blend personal teaching style with established educational standards

• Dependable, organized, and prepared to attend each scheduled lesson

• Positive demeanor, engaging personality, and ability to communicate effectively

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance

• Fluent in English with excellent pronunciation

• Commitment to a consistent schedule of at least two classes per week

• Fast and stable internet connection (approximately 20mbps both upload and download)

🏝️ Benefits

• $100 per 90-minute lesson for each new session

• $75 per 90-minute lesson for each repeat session

• Additional $25 for recording a preview video upon request

• Monthly payment via Wise, between the 10th and 12th of each month
