OneStream Developer – Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on development throughout all stages of OneStream implementations, encompassing business rule creation, data integration, metadata setup, and technical testing.

• Design and establish connections between OneStream and ERP/source systems utilizing connectors, ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Create and sustain data models, cube views, dashboards, and custom workflows within OneStream.

• Convert functional and business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs that align with client architecture standards.

• Conduct intricate data validations, address data discrepancies and business rule challenges, and ensure adherence to design and process requirements.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to synchronize technical solutions with client goals.

• Offer post-go-live technical support, which includes troubleshooting, system enhancements, and performance optimization.

• Assist with recurring close-cycle activities by resolving integration and data challenges.

• Keep technical documentation updated, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and configuration records.

• Contribute to approved AI-enabled client solutions while adhering to data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

• Remain updated on AI tools, automation methods, and EPM platform capabilities; identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical OneStream development experience, including business rule programming in VB.NET or C#, along with technical configuration.

• 5–7 years of experience in a technical consulting role, financial systems, or EPM development.

• Experience in designing and building system integrations for EPM platforms.

• Familiarity with ERP connectors such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday.

• Proficiency in ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

• Strong comprehension of data modeling, metadata structures, and EPM architecture concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• OneStream certification is mandatory.

• OneStream Architect certification is desirable.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across different time zones.

• Proven capability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.

• Willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in accordance with firm policies and client standards.
