This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi, +1 more state.
• Engage with customers to address their needs and educate key stakeholders on oncology products.
• Communicate effectively with the wider oncology community.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales targets within the Memphis and Jackson territories.
• Collaborate with territory team members to achieve or exceed geographic sales objectives.
• Interact with key stakeholders to gain insights into practice structures, business models, and influencers.
• Foster business relationships and trust to identify customer needs.
• Utilize approved resources and messaging to convey patient-centered product value.
• Leverage knowledge of multidisciplinary care teams, cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines.
• Analyze trends within complex buying environments and drug distribution channels.
• Review product purchasing and prescribing trends across outpatient and inpatient settings, hospitals, and GPO contracts.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies in collaboration with the local team and district manager.
• Pose insightful questions to comprehend customer priorities.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across various company divisions and functions.
• Share customer insights and work closely with the customer team, including the Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, and Medicare Account Executive.
• Travel to meet customers in person and participate in national sales meetings and industry conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience may encompass professional sales, healthcare/scientific roles with oncology exposure, professional marketing, or military service.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and capability to operate a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including 10–15% overnight travel.
• Reside in or within a reasonable distance of the district.
• Preferred: 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics to oncology customers.
• Preferred: Experience in oncology field sales or clinical oncology.
• Preferred: Documented strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical position.
• Candidates with less than 2 years of oncology field sales experience may be considered for S2 level; those with 2+ years will be considered for S3 level.
• Ability to conduct account management, market analysis, oncology sales, CRM, data analysis, outside sales, product knowledge, customer engagement, and relationship management.
