Oncology Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the adoption of Cycle Pharmaceuticals’ therapies for rare diseases in hematology and oncology through both in-person and virtual interactions with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and staff.

• Enhance awareness of rare disease conditions, therapeutic options, and the support services provided by Cycle Vita.

• Provide education to healthcare providers regarding prescribing pathways and collaborate with the HUB team to optimize patient access.

• Identify, engage, and collaborate with key opinion leaders for peer education and outreach within the community.

• Oversee territory-specific product launches and execute marketing strategies.

• Work in conjunction with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Leadership teams.

• Ensure accurate documentation in CRM systems and uphold compliance standards.

• Create and present quarterly business plans customized to market conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Demonstrated successful experience in field-based sales within the biopharmaceutical industry.

• Experience in the hematology, oncology, and/or rare disease sectors is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives.

• Excellent communication skills along with proficiency in CRM and data management.

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history are necessary.
