Oncology Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Promote the acceptance of Cycle Pharmaceuticals’ premier therapies in haematology and oncology by engaging with physicians, nurses, and healthcare personnel through both in-person and virtual interactions.

• Increase awareness of rare oncology diseases, therapeutic options, and personalized support services offered through Cycle Vita.

• Provide education to healthcare providers regarding prescribing pathways within community oncology, the Cycle Vita patient hub, and specialty pharmacies to facilitate patient access to treatments.

• Identify, connect, and collaborate with key opinion leaders to enhance peer-to-peer education and community outreach initiatives.

• Oversee the territory-specific implementation of new product launches and marketing strategies.

• Work collaboratively across teams, including Market Access, Marketing, and Field Leadership.

• Ensure precise CRM documentation, uphold compliance, and create and execute quarterly business plans aligned with market dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Experience in haematology and oncology is essential.

• Demonstrated success in field-based sales within the biopharmaceutical sector.

• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing performance targets.

• A collaborative, ethical, and proactive team-oriented individual.

• Excellent communication and CRM/data management skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
