Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to new practices that haven't scheduled training and aim to book as many as possible.

• Follow up on missed sessions and promptly reschedule them.

• Provide virtual training through video calls and phone conversations.

• Educate practice teams on how to offer financing, submit applications, and fund patients.

• Prepare for each training session according to the practice type and team requirements.

• Set clear expectations regarding account setup and pricing timelines for new practices.

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, bookings, and training within the CRM.

• Report any barriers that hinder practices from booking or attending sessions and assist in enhancing the onboarding experience.

• Contribute to the development of workflows and establish standards for the new onboarding team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing position, such as onboarding, training, customer success, or inside sales.

• Must be confident on the phone, including making calls to individuals who have not yet responded.

• Possess a talent for delivering clear and friendly virtual training.

• Strong organizational skills: capable of managing a daily call list and conducting back-to-back training sessions.

• Comfortable using CRM and scheduling tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Preferred: Experience in or selling to dental, aesthetics, or veterinary practices.

• Preferred: Experience with patient financing or merchant onboarding.

• Preferred: Familiarity with HubSpot.
