Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete onboarding process for mid-market customers, overseeing everything from sales transition to go-live, adoption, and the shift to Account Management.

• Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee successful and timely implementations.

• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding mid-market clients, facilitating clear communication and alignment among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead customer meetings, which include pre-kickoff, kickoff, project check-ins, and go-live milestones, while recording action items and next steps.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalation points proactively to keep the project on track and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management teams.

• Track onboarding success metrics, customer adoption rates, training completion, and utilization milestones to promote long-term customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish at a business-professional level, both written and verbal.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management.

• At least 1 year of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing setting.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and organization.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving projects to completion in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and customer-facing presentation skills.

• Capacity to proactively address problems, handle ambiguity, and quickly adapt to evolving customer and business needs.

• Currently authorized to work in the location of the position without needing visa sponsorship.
