Onboarding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential patients on a daily basis to arrange assessments with Onboarding Specialists.

• Respond to incoming calls from patients and referral sources.

• Achieve daily and weekly targets for scheduled assessments.

• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure clear understanding.

• Operate independently while also being a vital team member.

• Maintain communication with referral sources, Onboarding Specialists, and internal staff.

• Schedule assessments on the calendars of Onboarding Specialists.

• Record calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce.

• Create a welcoming first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and outline its services.

• Track and monitor daily assessments closely.

• Assemble marketing materials as needed.

• Conduct quality assurance calls to ensure high standards.

• Engage in daily team meetings, training sessions, and occasional meetings.

• Exemplify AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that justifies an exception.

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

• Experience in outbound/inbound call centers or scheduling, including cold calling (preferred).

• Familiarity with sales processes, healthcare products, and the industry (preferred).

• Energetic yet empathetic phone demeanor.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient persuasion abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.

• Self-motivated individual able to work with minimal supervision.

• Outstanding oral, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or similar software.

• Willingness to travel to multiple site locations within the assigned territory.

• Availability to work extended hours as required and outside of normal business hours as needed.

• Must be authorized to work in the country.
