Human Resources Onboarding Specialist – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding and occupational health requirements for a designated portfolio of clients

• Engage in discussions for new client intake, pinpoint process obstacles, and develop efficient solutions

• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures to educate colleagues and foster cross-departmental collaboration

• Analyze occupational health medical outcomes and identify necessary vaccinations for client compliance

• Support new employees and integrating associates throughout the onboarding journey

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience while nurturing relationships with onboarding partners, vendors, HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers

• Assess onboarding prerequisites and evaluate employment eligibility

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on escalations and risk management

• Manage sensitive discussions regarding rescinded offers, postponed start dates, and background check results

• Keep abreast of internal and external system integrations and address system discrepancies

• Enhance and execute onboarding controls and audits to minimize risk

• Carry out additional HR projects as designated

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related field

• Experience in talent onboarding is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

• Must live and be authorized to work in the United States

• Capability to interpret occupational health medical results and identify necessary vaccinations

• Proficient in navigating background checks, occupational health requirements, employment eligibility, and onboarding compliance

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

• Skillful in troubleshooting system integrations and working collaboratively with IT, Workday, and external partners
