Onboarding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Adhere to safe work practices along with company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.

• Respond to questions regarding the company's mission, vision, and business solutions.

• Build and sustain effective business relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Address inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.

• Uphold the company's professional reputation.

• Approve and distribute offers within iCIMS.

• Initiate the onboarding process within the HRIS.

• Guide candidates throughout their onboarding journey.

• Collaborate with IT, TBT, Operations, and HR Generalist to ensure candidates fulfill all necessary requirements for site commencement.

• Travel as needed for E2 Optics.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in Recruiting or administrative roles.

• Strong listening skills with the capacity to follow instructions accurately.

• Proven ability to be proactive, reliable, and manage time effectively on the job.

• Show accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.

• Maintain a positive outlook.

• Strong team player.

• High attention to detail with a demonstrated capability to source and adhere to standards.

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends based on project needs.

• Self-driven with a strong work ethic.

• Capability to perform effectively in diverse work environments.

• Must be available to travel as required by E2 Optics.

• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Must be capable of regularly carrying and climbing ladders to heights of 20 feet.

• Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary.

• May need to work in tight and confined spaces.
