Onboarding Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide transition consulting for advisors across all channels, including Empowered Independence.

• Implement repapering and facilitate asset movement across various channels and tiers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes.

• Collect data and prepare/submit necessary forms; oversee account transfers both in-person and virtually.

• Track and resolve NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork issues affecting asset movement.

• Diagnose and escalate transition-related challenges.

• Streamline and accelerate the asset movement process.

• Assist new Financial Professionals in transitioning their existing business to Osaic across all channels.

• Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding and repapering experience for Financial Professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• A high school diploma or GED certificate along with significant practical experience will be considered.

• SIE/S7 or S99 certification is required within 12 months.

• 1-3 years of prior Financial/Transition experience.

• Possession of industry licenses such as SIE, Series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses.

• Prior work experience in the financial services sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of the account opening and transfer processes.

• Technical expertise in asset movement.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Self-motivated, quick learner, resourceful, and focused on results.
