On Call Coordinator I – Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with real-time employee injury response by managing scheduled and on-demand eVisit requests.

• Facilitate face-to-face, real-time video medical consultations to aid in client assessment, documentation, and the coordination of care and claims following workplace injuries.

• Gather and maintain incident documentation for active callouts.

• Simultaneously handle multiple communication channels.

• Calmly guide callers through safety procedures and subsequent actions.

• Conduct remote eVisit appointments utilizing video and telephone platforms.

• Collaborate with senior coordinators to oversee incident workflows.

• Execute administrative tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in 911 emergency medical response.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• NREMT or State EMT-B certification (or higher).

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

• Experience handling phones in an office, dispatch, or recruiting setting.

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office environment.
