O&M District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Maintain ongoing communication with the Regional Manager.

• Regularly engage with site owners and key stakeholders to foster and sustain strong partnership relations.

• Ensure the completion of assigned work orders from the district and report on maintenance program productivity for each site.

• Guarantee that sites adhere to company Safety Procedures and Compliance Procedures.

• Ensure punctual and dependable attendance of personnel.

• Oversee that site security and cleanliness inspections are performed and any deviations are addressed swiftly.

• Participate in monthly owner meetings and provide clarifications on site operations as needed.

• Manage proper inventory storage, documentation, and replenishment of used inventory.

• Supervise regular inventory audits and investigate any discrepancies.

• Ensure that site technicians receive adequate training and instructions regarding warranty work, additional tasks, and pass-through expenses.

• Assist in gathering documentation and data for RCA performance evaluation.

• Travel between sites as required to support Site Technicians and Site Managers.

• Carry out additional assignments as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with PV systems or related power generation equipment.

• Proficient knowledge of inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, general cabling, substations, SCADA, controls, DC systems, and wiring & applications.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

• A minimum of two (2) years of management experience.

• Familiarity with Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) power distribution equipment.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, providing updates including scheduling on field issue resolutions and maintenance activities.
