Office Furniture Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop 2D and 3D office furniture layouts utilizing Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly).

• Create designs for workstations, cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, and various commercial spaces.

• Produce design presentations and visual concepts with Adobe Illustrator.

• Assess floor plans, dimensions, and project specifications for precision.

• Integrate client feedback and make necessary design alterations.

• Choose suitable furniture arrangements based on space, functionality, and client needs.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of design files and documentation.

• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, designers, and project stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in office furniture design, space planning, interior design, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as an Office Furniture Designer, Space Planner, Furniture Designer, or a comparable position.

• Expertise in Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly).

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

• Solid grasp of office furniture layouts and space planning principles.

• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and measurements accurately.

• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a remote team.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Reliable internet connection, computer equipment, headset, a quiet workspace, and backup power.

• Experience in supporting clients based in the U.S.

• Background in working with commercial office furniture companies, dealers, or manufacturers.

• Knowledge of office furniture catalogs and product specifications.

• Understanding of workplace ergonomics and space utilization.

• Experience in preparing furniture proposals or client presentations.
