This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of regional OEM sales strategies that align with EII business goals.
• Foster revenue growth across OEM accounts by prioritizing opportunities, managing sales funnels, and employing multi-technology selling techniques.
• Collaborate with OEM Account Managers to pinpoint whitespace, explore expansion opportunities, and initiate new product design-in activities.
• Advocate for Littelfuse solutions and aid in achieving regional sales targets.
• Engage with customers during the concept and design phases to facilitate the design-in of Littelfuse technologies.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Track regional OEM and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and leadership.
• Support, coordinate, and drive the performance of Manufacturer Rep Firms throughout the region.
• Align rep activities with OEM priorities, key pursuits, and regional goals.
• Assist in training and enabling rep partners on new products, technologies, and value messaging.
• Coordinate product qualifications, sample requests, and issue resolution in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations.
• Work alongside Product Management on new product launches and NPD initiatives within key accounts.
• Aid in the planning and coordination of joint customer visits.
• Maintain and update the NBO pipeline activity while supporting precise regional forecasting.
• Help standardize the sales execution process, including opportunity reviews and account planning.
• Ensure a proactive approach to addressing customer issues, escalations, and satisfaction concerns.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, regulatory trends, and shifts in OEM platforms that affect EII offerings.
• Convert market insights into actionable feedback for product and commercial teams.
• A university degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, is preferred.
• Experience in industrial or electronics sales, particularly in supporting OEM clients.
• Previous experience in HVAC/R, Renewable Energy, Energy Infrastructure & Storage, Industrial Drives, and Industrial Safety OEM markets is preferred.
• Strongly desired experience working with Manufacturer Rep Firms.
• Familiarity with electrical, industrial control, or sensing components.
• Capability to operate across both strategic and daily sales activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence without direct authority.
• Experience in supporting revenue growth and developing sales funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
