
OEM Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of regional OEM sales strategies that align with EII business goals.
• Propel revenue growth within OEM accounts by prioritizing opportunities, managing the sales funnel, and engaging in multi-technology selling.
• Collaborate with OEM Account Managers to pinpoint whitespace, expansion prospects, and new product design-in initiatives.
• Advocate for Littelfuse solutions and contribute to the attainment of regional sales forecasts.
• Engage with customers during the concept and design phases to facilitate the design-in of Littelfuse technologies.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
• Analyze regional OEM and market trends, providing valuable feedback and recommendations.
• Support and coordinate the performance of Manufacturer Rep Firms.
• Align representative activities with OEM priorities, crucial pursuits, and regional goals.
• Assist in the training and enablement of representative partners on new products, technologies, and value propositions.
• Organize product qualifications, samples, and resolve issues in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations.
• Work with Product Management on new product launches and NPD initiatives.
• Aid in the planning and coordination of joint customer visits.
• Maintain and update NBO pipeline activities while supporting precise regional forecasting.
• Help standardize the cadence of sales execution, opportunity assessments, and account planning.
• Ensure a proactive approach to customer issues, escalations, and satisfaction concerns.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, regulatory trends, and shifts in OEM platforms.
• Transform market insights into actionable feedback for product and commercial teams.
• A university degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, is preferred.
• Experience in industrial or electronics sales, particularly with OEM customers is ideal.
• Previous exposure to HVAC/R, Renewable Energy, Energy Infrastructure & Storage, Industrial Drives, and Industrial Safety OEM markets is preferred.
• Experience with Manufacturer Rep Firms is highly desired.
• Familiarity with electrical, industrial control, or sensing components is essential.
• Ability to function across strategic initiatives and daily sales activities.
• Competence in collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
• Proven experience in driving revenue growth and developing sales funnels.

• Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
