Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess client requirements, aligning them with Odoo functionalities.

• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing functionalities.

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules to fit business processes effectively.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams for custom development and troubleshooting tasks.

• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing alongside clients.

• Provide training and documentation for end-users.

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, achieving client satisfaction and successful solution deployment.

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility evaluations.

• Perform additional duties as needed consistent with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a comparable position.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at a full working level.

• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, particularly in Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or project management experience is advantageous.
