Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client requirements, aligning them with Odoo functionalities

• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing functionality

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules to fit business processes

• Work in partnership with technical teams on custom development and issue resolution

• Carry out functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients

• Offer end-user training and create documentation

• Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle

• Guarantee timely project completion, client satisfaction, and effective solution deployment

• Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and assessments of technical feasibility

• Execute additional responsibilities relevant to the role

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a comparable position

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

• Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English at a full working level

• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR

• Odoo certification and/or project management experience is advantageous
