Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client requirements, aligning them with Odoo capabilities.

• Deliver functionality demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops.

• Adjust and customize Odoo modules to fit organizational processes.

• Work alongside technical teams for custom development and issue resolution.

• Execute functional testing and user acceptance testing in collaboration with clients.

• Offer end-user training and create documentation.

• Oversee the entire implementation process from start to finish.

• Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and technical feasibility studies.

• Ensure timely project completion, client satisfaction, and successful deployment of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar capacity.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Proficient in both Ukrainian and English.

• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, such as Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or Project Management experience is advantageous.
