Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client requirements, aligning them with Odoo functionalities.

• Deliver functionality presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules to fit business processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and troubleshooting efforts.

• Execute functional testing and user acceptance testing in conjunction with clients.

• Offer end-user training and compile documentation.

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Guarantee timely project completion, client satisfaction, and successful deployment of solutions.

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, project timelines, and assessing technical feasibility.

• Carry out additional tasks consistent with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a role such as Odoo Project Leader or equivalent.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English at a full working level.

• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or project management experience is advantageous.
