Occupational Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage occupational therapy services alongside the staff.

• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to occupational therapy personnel and support teams.

• Perform clinical evaluations and offer insights to assist in care planning and address member needs.

• Track therapy outcomes and functional advancements to ensure effective service delivery.

• Guarantee adherence to clinical standards, regulatory mandates, and documentation protocols.

• Supervise staff, clinical operations, and the overall service delivery process.

• Foster staff development and confirm that services conform to established practice standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in addressing the co-occurrence of physical health and behavioral health, physical health, or chronic condition populations.

• Fully licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must live in North Carolina and within Trillium’s Mid State Region or within 75 miles, which includes Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, and Richmond counties.

• Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed.

• All applicants must successfully pass a drug screening as a prerequisite for employment.
