Occupational Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in alignment with student IEPs.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments as necessary.

• Create, implement, and track IEP goals.

• Complete documentation, progress reports, and other essential records.

• Participate remotely in IEP meetings and student team discussions.

• Collaborate with educators, families, special education personnel, and other related service providers.

• Maintain regular communication with the virtual academy and MIYO Health teams.

• Support around 25 students within an active caseload.

• Work approximately 15–20 hours each week, encompassing direct services and related responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Hold a current Kansas Occupational Therapy license.

• Obtain NBCOT certification.

• Preferred experience in a school setting.

• Experience in virtual service delivery is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong skills in communication, organization, and technology.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with a virtual educational team.
