This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conduct remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a varied pediatric clientele.
• Assess patients and formulate care plans utilizing Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Provide care that focuses on outcomes while emphasizing caregiver involvement.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and punctually.
• Engage in mandatory training and team communications.
• Offer coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) along with an individual NPI number.
• Must be licensed in a relevant state or willing to obtain licensure before the start date.
• Candidates must possess a valid Virginia state license.
• A reliable internet connection and familiarity with teletherapy platforms are required.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric environments is necessary.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to independently learn new systems.
• Experience with insurance-based or Medicaid populations is preferred.
• Availability of at least 7 hours per week is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
