This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct remote occupational therapy evaluations and sessions for a varied pediatric demographic.
• Assess patients and formulate care plans utilizing Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Provide outcome-driven care with a focus on engagement from caregivers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation.
• Engage in mandatory training and team communications.
• Offer coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
• Create a schedule that accommodates personal needs and lifestyle, with client demand generally occurring after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and during early mornings/afternoons on weekends.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) along with an individual NPI number.
• Must be licensed in a primary state, or willing to secure licensure before the start date.
• A dependable internet connection is essential.
• Comfort and familiarity with teletherapy platforms are required.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in computer usage.
• Ability to independently learn new systems.
• Knowledge of insurance-based or Medicaid populations is preferred.
• A minimum availability of 7 hours per week is required.
• Candidates must possess a Texas state license and preferably be based in Texas.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
