Occupational Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote occupational therapy sessions and assessments for a varied pediatric demographic.

• Create evidence-based, tailored care strategies utilizing Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.

• Provide outcome-oriented care through collaboration and active engagement with caregivers.

• Track client development and modify care strategies to ensure successful clinical outcomes.

• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and punctually.

• Engage in mandatory training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communications.

• Offer coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) along with an individual NPI number.

• Licensed in a key state, or willing to obtain licensure before the start date.

• Dependable internet connection and proficiency with teletherapy platforms.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric environments.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems independently.

• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

• Candidates must possess a Virginia state license and ideally reside in Virginia.

• Minimum availability of 7 hours per week.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
