Manufacturing Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide customers with scheduled shipping dates.

• Address, evaluate, and coordinate customer expedite requests.

• Guide fulfilment centers on order priorities based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.

• Develop and uphold KPIs and planning reports.

• Assist Arista in achieving quarter-end objectives.

• Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance visibility on order status, supply availability, and potential risks.

• Identify risks to customer commitments and proactively escalate issues with actionable recommendations.

• Enhance planning and scheduling processes between Arista and key manufacturing partners.

• Work closely with key customers and the Sales team as their advocate within Manufacturing.

• Manage order prioritization and promote transparency into delivery schedules.

• Ensure fulfilment sites meet their shipping targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of planning/scheduling experience in a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• High proficiency in English (both oral and written).

• Fluent and professional English communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to become a subject matter expert and leverage that expertise to create new processes and tools.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
