Nurse Practitioner – Weekends, Evenings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations through an ongoing telemedicine platform.

• Provide care to a diverse population experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and various other mental health issues.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer the requisite paperwork and assessment tools.

• Comply with Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services offered.

• Primarily treat adults and adolescents, with a readiness to serve clients aged 14 and above.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Nursing and active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric practice is essential.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• Three years of experience is preferred.

• Must hold a license and reside in Arizona.

• Availability for 15 hours per week during evenings or weekends is necessary.

• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and older is required.

• Completion of in-house training concerning ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a brief examination.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.
