Nurse Practitioner – Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional clinical care and enhance patient experiences.

• Assess patient intake and perform the initial interaction with patients.

• Explain the scientific fundamentals of obesity.

• Prescribe suitable weight-loss therapies in accordance with Calibrate clinical protocols.

• Implement and support the comprehensive clinical treatment model for patients with obesity.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Incorporate coaching and educational resources for lifestyle support.

• Assist patients in achieving significant and enduring weight-health outcomes through telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties).

• Active, unrestricted licensure in at least two of the following states: Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, or Ohio.

• Active, unrestricted licensure in one or more of the following states: IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, PA, SD, WV, WI, WY.

• Must adhere to state regulations for collaboration agreements with supervising physicians as mandated by each state of practice.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong virtual "bedside" manner.

• Availability to work shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST.

• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours.
