Nurse Practitioner, Results Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct consultations to review results via phone and video, analyzing imaging and laboratory outcomes while providing explanations.

• Prepare for each consultation by examining the patient's report, intake information, medical history, and previous scans.

• Identify gaps in care and suggest subsequent steps, including necessary follow-up imaging, referrals, and the timing for the next scan.

• Adhere to established protocols for actionable findings and escalate urgent issues to Radiology and Preventive Medicine physicians.

• Collaborate with care coordinators and registered nurse navigators to ensure follow-up and the closure of referral loops.

• Document all encounters in HealthCloud according to clinical standards, including a comprehensible care plan.

• Manage scheduled consultation blocks and provide timely notice regarding any changes to the schedule.

• Engage in quality reviews and complete necessary onboarding and protocol training.

• Maintain active licensure and credentialing in assigned states.

• Report to a Nurse Practitioner Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (minimum of 10 states).

• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or ANP).

• Ability to secure licensure in additional states as needed.

• Compact state nursing license is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Proven capability to convey complex clinical findings in a clear and reassuring manner to patients.

• Comfortable delivering care through phone and video consultations.

• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records.

• Deep commitment to patient privacy and the management of protected health information.

• Preferred experience with imaging interpretation in a clinical setting.

• Preferred experience in preventive or longevity medicine.

• Preferred experience working remotely in a clinical capacity.

• Successful candidates will be subject to a background check.
