Nurse Practitioner – Contractor, 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver concierge-level clinical care to Function/Ezra members

• Review members’ medical histories asynchronously

• Conduct telehealth consultations

• Generate and review medical orders for members’ studies

• Analyze members’ radiology reports

• Prepare clear, translated reports that explain results

• Suggest actionable next steps

• Commit to a minimum of 3 workdays per week, with a preference for Monday and weekends

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP/FNP)

• Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in adult medicine

• At least 3 years of advanced clinical experience as a nurse practitioner; preference for independent practice

• Licensed in a minimum of 15 states, with New York, California, and Florida required; Texas preferred

• Experience providing synchronous and asynchronous patient care in a telehealth setting

• Strong knowledge of examination methods and diagnostics, especially in imaging

• Ability to work in a quiet office environment with high-speed internet access

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and applications such as Zoom and Slack
