Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations.

• Formulate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans that comply with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards.

• Oversee and track medication management.

• Evaluate treatment progress and modify care plans as necessary.

• Ensure prompt, precise, and compliant documentation for all client interactions.

• Work collaboratively with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to maintain continuity of care.

• Adhere to a consistent schedule and achieve baseline expectations for clinical encounters completed.

• Utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseloads, optimize documentation, and improve care delivery.

• Engage in care coordination and internal collaboration as part of the base salary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted PMHNP license in the relevant state(s).

• Valid California PMHNP license.

• Active California 103 designation.

• Board-certified or board-eligible.

• Proven experience in conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications.

• Strong clinical judgment and dedication to evidence-based care.

• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation.

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven care environment.

• Familiarity with relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other industry-standard AI productivity tools.

• Possession of an NPI number.

• Possession of a DEA number.

• Must be a current U.S. resident with authorization to work for any U.S. employer.

• Ability to conduct sessions in any additional languages spoken.

• A minimum of five years of clinical work history is required for insurance credentialing; any gaps of six months or longer must be justified.
