Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality concierge-level clinical care to Function/Ezra members

• Review members’ medical histories and conduct telehealth consultations asynchronously

• Generate and review medical orders for members’ studies

• Analyze imaging studies and prepare reports detailing results and actionable next steps

• Assist in conducting clinical research and authoring research papers

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for both current and future products

• Keep abreast of clinical standards and research, applying evidence-based practices to patient care

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP/FNP)

• Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in adult medicine

• At least 3 years of advanced nurse practitioner clinical experience, with a preference for independent practice

• Licensed to practice in a minimum of 10 states (NY, CA, FL required; TX preferred)

• Experience providing care to patients in both synchronous and asynchronous telehealth settings

• Strong knowledge of examination methodologies and diagnostics, especially in imaging

• Access to a quiet work environment/office space with high-speed internet connectivity

• Familiarity and comfort with telehealth platforms and applications such as Zoom and Slack
