Nuclear QHSE Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide consulting services in QHSE within the nuclear sector.

• Master and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

• Manage documentation, including governance of GDOC and DMS.

• Perform regulatory monitoring.

• Conduct training sessions and awareness-raising initiatives.

• Lead problem-solving efforts utilizing 8D, root cause analysis, and the 5 Whys methodologies.

• Execute process reviews.

• Coordinate, facilitate, and offer advice on QHSE-related matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

• Familiarity with INB outages is preferred.

• Proficient in document management and interested in GDOC and DMS governance.

• Capable of conducting regulatory monitoring.

• Skilled in delivering training and awareness-raising sessions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities (8D, root cause analysis, 5 Whys, etc.).

• Experience in conducting process reviews.

• Ideally, possess an engineering degree or equivalent at the Master’s level, or a Bachelor’s degree with over five years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of the nuclear industry.

• Substantial initial experience in QHSE coordination, facilitation, or consulting.
