Norwegian-speaking Customer Expert – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer and technical assistance through phone, email, and chat.

• Aid customers with their money transfer needs.

• Provide support for both retail and digital transactions.

• Manage consumer protection issues.

• Address inquiries regarding high-risk transactions.

• Participate in rotating shifts from 09:00 to 00:00.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native in Norwegian.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level.

• Must currently reside in Greece.

• Hold a valid work permit or have the right to work in Greece.

• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

• Availability for rotating shifts from 09:00 to 00:00.

• Initial contract duration of 8 months.
