Norwegian Speaking Chat Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple live chat sessions and digital messaging threads simultaneously in Norwegian.

• Manage digital messaging, live chats, and email communications for international brands.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order tracking, account management, subscription updates, and billing via text-based channels.

• Assist users with app settings, password resets, and platform navigation through written guidance.

• Uphold a friendly, empathetic, and professional brand voice at all times.

• Record updates to customer details, chat logs, and ticket statuses in internal databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Norwegian with impeccable written grammar.

• Professional English proficiency (B2/C1).

• Possession of a mandatory EU Passport or a valid work permit for Greece.

• Residence permits from other EU countries are not acceptable for employment in Greece.

• A quiet workspace equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

• Fast and precise typing abilities.

• Strong multitasking skills.
