Norwegian Speaking Chat Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple live chat sessions and digital messaging threads concurrently in Norwegian.

• Respond to customer queries related to order tracking, account management, subscription updates, and billing via text-based channels.

• Assist users in navigating app settings, resetting passwords, and exploring the platform through clear, step-by-step written guidance.

• Maintain a warm, empathetic, and professional tone in all written communications.

• Precisely update customer information, chat logs, and ticket statuses in internal databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C2-level Norwegian with impeccable written grammar.

• Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).

• A valid EU passport or permit to work in Greece is essential.

• Residence permits from other EU member states are not acceptable for employment in Greece.

• A quiet workspace equipped with a high-speed, stable internet connection.

• Quick and accurate typing skills.

• Strong ability to multitask.

• Comfortable using multiple digital platforms at the same time.
