Nonprofit Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from donors

• Adhere to structured scripts and campaign protocols

• Precisely input donation and pledge details

• Verify donor and transaction information

• Operate computer systems while engaged with callers

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality

• Comply with established standards of quality and regulation

• Achieve set attendance and performance goals

• Assist with established nonprofit fundraising initiatives

• Accurately process donor pledges or contributions

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum six months of remote customer service experience or one year in an onsite customer service role

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient data entry skills and basic computer knowledge

• Capability to navigate multiple systems while conversing

• Professional demeanor and reliable work habits

• Quiet and dedicated home office environment

• Windows 11 operating system required

• Minimum 8GB of RAM; 16GB is preferred

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation

• Wired high-speed internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection is necessary

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential

• Dual monitors are recommended

• Devices such as MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not accepted

• Required certification must be completed prior to servicing
