Nonprofit Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from donors

• Adhere to structured scripts and campaign guidelines

• Precisely input donation and pledge data

• Verify donor and transaction information

• Utilize computer systems while communicating with callers

• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold confidentiality

• Comply with quality and regulatory standards

• Achieve set attendance and performance benchmarks

• Assist in established nonprofit fundraising initiatives

• Accurately process donors’ pledges or contributions

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED

• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of on-site customer service experience

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills

• Capability to navigate multiple systems while engaging in conversation

• Professional and reliable work ethic

• A quiet and dedicated home office environment

• Windows 11 operating system

• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is preferred

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation

• Wired high-speed internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection required

• A distraction-free workspace

• Dual monitors are recommended

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not allowed

• Required certification must be completed prior to servicing

• Eligibility may vary based on experience, location, equipment, background requirements, and certification results
