This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Respond to incoming calls from donors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of onsite customer service experience.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Proficient data entry skills and basic computer knowledge.

• Capability to manage multiple systems while conversing.

• Professional and reliable work ethic.

• A quiet and dedicated home office environment.

• Windows 11 operating system.

• Minimum of 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended.

• USB headset with noise cancellation feature.

• Wired high-speed internet connection.

• Direct Ethernet connection is necessary.

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential.

• Dual monitors are recommended for optimal performance.

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not acceptable.

• Required certification must be obtained prior to servicing.
