This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Respond to incoming calls from donors
• Adhere to structured scripts and campaign guidelines
• Precisely input donation and pledge information
• Verify donor and transaction details
• Utilize computer systems while conversing with callers
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality
• Comply with quality and regulatory standards
• Achieve set attendance and performance goals
• Assist in established nonprofit fundraising initiatives
• Accurately process donor pledges or contributions
• A high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of onsite customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in accurate data entry and basic computer skills
• Capability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
• Professional and reliable work habits
• A quiet, dedicated home office environment
• A Windows 11 computer
• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended
• A USB headset with noise-canceling features
• Wired high-speed internet connection
• A direct Ethernet cable connection
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Dual monitors are recommended
• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not allowed
• Eligibility may be influenced by experience, location, equipment, background requirements, and certification outcomes
• Work from the comfort of your home

• Contractors can choose from available servicing intervals
• Campaigns may provide servicing intervals at various times throughout the day and night
• Earnings may vary based on the campaign and individual performance
