This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Navigate and resolve account challenges by providing customized solutions
• Develop strategic territory plans that align with shared priorities to enhance product demand and improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to meet customer needs and provide access support
• Leverage market insights, competitive landscape knowledge, and cross-functional expertise to foresee opportunities and tackle challenges
• Utilize territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer interactions both virtually and in person
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to address complex challenges across various functions
• Provide real-time access support and work in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services
• Employ digital tools and omni-channel strategies to tailor outreach efforts in both virtual and face-to-face environments
• A bachelor's degree is required from an accredited four-year college or university
• Relevant experience within the last five years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or similarly complex sales environments
• For Associate level: recently separated from the US Military with four or more years of military service in a leadership role, or minimal prior sales experience
• For Territory Account Specialist: at least two years of experience in a similar sales role within the last five years
• For Senior Territory Account Specialist: a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable sales role within the last five years
• For Executive Territory Account Specialist: ten or more years of experience in a similar sales role within the last five years
• Demonstrated track record of consistent high performance
• Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers
• Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and utilize information to address customer issues
• Ethical leadership with the ability to promote ethical behavior and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Must reside within the territory or be within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geographical area and drive or fly within the territory
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver's license is mandatory
• Preferred: experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategies, and new product launches
• Preferred: knowledge of patient services, market access, buy and bill processes, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and medical interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
