This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel sales within the designated territory.
• Interact with customers both in-person and online.
• Create and execute business and territory call strategies.
• Identify and apply both live and virtual customer engagement tactics.
• Foster rapport and build relationships with customers in various environments.
• Employ digital tools to sustain customer engagement.
• Utilize internal reports and analytics to discover, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities.
• Inform providers about the value propositions of unbranded and branded products for relevant patient demographics.
• Use approved disease-state information and patient resources effectively.
• Collaborate with different departments to respond to customer inquiries and promote Pfizer's objectives.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities promptly and in compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activities; entrepreneurial experience as a small business owner, marketing, customer service, account management; relevant roles in healthcare/science; teaching roles; or full-time military service.
• An Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience is an acceptable alternative qualification.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) combined with 8+ years of relevant experience serves as an alternative qualification.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards are required.
• Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify candidates from consideration.
• A minimum of 1 year of preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing.
• A proven history of sales or marketing achievements, territory management expertise, communication skills, teamwork, leadership capabilities, and accountability is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products is a plus.
• Knowledge of customers and markets within the posted territory is preferred.
• Candidates should reside within the territory boundaries.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is currently unavailable and will not be offered in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
